According to the current regulations of the Hong Kong Government, the minimum wage for all overseas foreign domestic helpers in Hong Kong is HK$4,990 per month (calculated from the date of arrival). Regardless of whether the foreign domestic helper agrees or not, paying less wages is illegal.
